About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Manzzri Jewels, registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

We sell silver and gold jewellery. We try to describe and show each piece accurately. Photographs are for reference, and the colour, finish, weight and size of a handmade or finished piece may differ slightly from the picture. The weight, metal and other details we confirm to you at the time of your order are the ones that apply.

Prices

The price of silver and gold changes with the market, so prices may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm to you before you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees unless we say otherwise, and applicable taxes and making charges will be shown to you before payment.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you in writing, on WhatsApp or by email.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If you have already paid, we will refund you.
• Payment must be made through the methods we offer. We will not ask you to share card PINs or one-time passwords with us.

Delivery

We will tell you the expected delivery time and any delivery charges when we confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather and other events outside our control. Please check the item when it arrives and tell us right away if it is damaged or not as ordered.

Returns, exchanges and repairs

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you on a repair, an exchange or a refund as appropriate. The conditions for returns and exchanges, including for made-to-order or customised pieces, are the ones we confirm with you when you order. Jewellery must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Care of your jewellery

Silver and gold jewellery wears and tarnishes with use. Normal wear, tarnish, and damage from misuse, chemicals or accidents are not defects.

Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and to give us accurate information. The name Manzzri Jewels, its logo and the content of this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
